We are Fiona and Ben, and our journey to farming was via a love of food. For us, the flavour and ethics of food is paramount.
Inspired by other first generation farmers rediscovering - and rewriting - the methods of good farming, butchering and connecting with conscious eaters, we set about starting our own farm.
Vue du Volcan Farm was born in 2015. We are located in the central highlands of Victoria, are producing some of the best pastured duck meat in Australia.
In time, we will diversify our animals, trees, and pastures. With grit, and patience.
